I will be running a series of online sessions in 2026/7 going through some basic ideas and simple applied exercises that can be used at any time.

Entry to online events is by registration ONLY, which helps to keep the space more contained.
No need to come to all of them - just come in as you are able. It is in principle better to attend each workshop because I will be teaching and building a set of skills. However, we will re-visit all the principles as we go through the sessions so missing one or two will not be a problem.
